By booking a service with Courageous Shifts™, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services: Courageous Shifts™, a brand of Tenacious Health, LLC, offers advising sessions, Energy-Reset™ sessions, and personalized frequency support offered through GoEnergyBoostNow. All services are intended for informational, educational, and general wellness purposes, and personal development only.
Payment and No-Refund Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and we will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Client Responsibility and Acknowledgment: Each person’s experience is unique and depends on your openness, participation, and individual process. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- The results you experience are a reflection of your own efforts, beliefs, and level of commitment.
- No guarantees or warranties are made regarding specific outcomes.
- You are choosing to participate in these services at your own discretion and accept full responsibility for that choice.
- You agree to use your own judgment and critical thinking when applying any concepts or techniques shared.
